- Welcome to CloudReview! -

CloudReview is a new way of reviewing shops on the Requests forum. A place to review all shops at once, by using standard criteria. A place to gain insights on your shop to make it better. All, by using the power of Scratch's cloud variables.

By using a unique approach to reviewing, CloudReview makes it easy. Just add your shop to the system and it will be able to be reviewed. Reviewing is made on a Scratch project that updates automatically, by using cloud variables. Reviews are only available to customers after they have received an order at the shop and asked for their review. Shop owners are able to see the data collected about their shop in reviews, and the shops are also posted on this thread, ranked monthly by rating, so that you can see which one fits better to your needs.

FOR SHOP OWNERS:

• Please be respectful and kind to anybody you find in this thread (other shop owners, customers…). They have an interest in posting here, and therefore should be respected.
  
  
• Follow at all times Scratch's Community Guidelines
  
  
• In order to add your shop, it must be run on a forum thread, which must be at least 15 days old at the registration date, and have completed at least 3 orders.
  
  
• Managing CloudReview takes some time. Please do not spam the thread asking your shop to be added if it has not yet been (even though it usually is a quick process)
  
  
• Please fill out a resignation form if your shop has closed, or is stopping to use CloudReview. Due to Scratch cloud data limitations, there is a limited amount of shop slots available, and they should not be wasted.
  
  
• By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you authorise CloudReview to post the name, link, banner, category and overall rating of your shop, and to update this last one regularly, knowing the rating has not been decided or confirmed by CloudReview, but by the users who rated your shop.
  
  
• If you see anyone not following these Terms of Service, please inform @seg-leinad

How to use CloudReview

I've ordered at a shop and I want to review it.
How can I do it?

In order to review a shop, the shop must have first completed your order. Additionally, the shop needs to be registered on CloudReview. Check this last part by searching for it in here. If the shop appears, congratulations! You can now proceed to review it. If it doesn't, you can suggest the shop to join our system. Don't forget to post our thread link in that case!

If the shop does appear, follow these steps to review the shop:

1. Go to our Forms page and copy the Review Petition Form. Then, reply to this thread pasting the form and completing it.
   
   
2. Wait until seg-leinad or seg-orders answers to your post saying the review has been added to the system. This might take longer if it is your first time using CloudReview, as you will then have to be manually added to the system.
   
   
3. Go to https://scratch-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/projects/1055565813/ and click the green flag. A message should appear saying you have a review pending, followed by the name of the shop you want to review. Multiple shops may appear if you have applied for more than one review. If you do not find this message, please check you're logged in into the account you used to post the petition form on this thread. If this is still the case, ask for help.
   
   
4. In the answer box at the bottom, type in the number which appears next to the shop's name. A different page will appear then. Please answer to all the questions shown by typing in a number from 0 to 5 (decimals allowed). After doing this, you should be redirected to the homepage, but the review will not appear anymore.

Your review will then be complete! The shop's owner and system managers will be able to see data on the shop's reviews. Your own data will be anonymous and only used to calculate an average. Thanks for using CloudReview!

NOTE: Some shops might provide direct access to a CloudReview review from their own thread by means of a form in there. If this is the case, just fill out the form in the shop and then wait until it is uploaded onto the system. Then, follow steps 3 and 4 normally.

I want to register my shop into CloudReview, or I received an invitation asking me if I wanted to join.
How can I add my shop?

If you want to add your shop to CloudReview, please first read our Terms of Service. They provide information on how your shop data will be used, as well as some eligibility requirements. If you comply with these requirements, you can proceed. Then, follow these steps:

1. Go to our Forms page and copy the Shop Register Form. Then, reply to this thread pasting it and completing it. Be sure to be using the account you will later want to access your shop data on.
   
   
2. Wait until seg-leinad replies to your post saying your shop has been registered! Details will also be provided in there.
   
   
3. To check your shop data and insights, go to our project and type myshops and press Enter. Then type the number appearing next to your shops (there might be more than one if you own more than one shop), and press Enter again. You will be able to see the rating averages (rounded to the nearest tenth) of your shop based on past reviews. Press Enter to switch pages. No data should appear (0.0 / 5 on all fields) unless someone has already reviewed your shop.
   
   
4. To go back to the shop selection page, type back. To go to the homepage, type main. Then press Enter.

Follow steps 3 and 4 to access your shop's data whenever you want to check it. Thanks for using CloudReview!
