yes, but I don't recommend doing this as in some cases it can be technically be considered fraud which is illegal.
EDIT: Most that'll likely happen is them deleting your account if they find out the person operating it is a minor.

alright but keep in mind technically he doesn't have to just sign you up but also read all the contracts and *. basically maintain the account
I use RouteNote because it's free.
Keep in mind for copyright info you'll need to put in your full name. Don't lie or anything (I've seen some people do) because that's a crime and crimes are bad
From my experience it takes around a week or 2 for RouteNote to approve releases.

EDIT: remember these things
1. You need a PayPal account to collect earnings, you need to be 18 to use a PayPal
2. Don't accidentally commit tax evasion by forgetting that RouteNote is a stream of income.

yeah Spotify pays awful per stream so that's not something you'll likely worry about, but when you're music is on streaming, you're in the music business whether you like it or not. -Spotify4Artists
