How do I install this? I don't understand how I untar the file at all.

To be honest, the Opera interface just doesn't look right to me… it looks… errrrr, weird, just too weird!

give a cat is a new system thingy. basically i branch my server systems off a main idea. so give a cat is a sorta +1 type of system for the forums (its incomplete by lets say 8970813719873287419%) and its also used for openid, download hoasting etc
