The Official List of Rejected Suggestions wrote:

1.7 3D Scratch
A 3D Scratch interface, involving a z-axis in the project stage, could make it easier to create 3D projects. However, Scratch is a language that is designed to be as easy as possible for beginners to learn. The purpose of Scratch is to teach beginners basic programming concepts, which is best accomplished with a 2D interface. Adding a 3D interface could make Scratch more difficult to learn and teach. This suggestion also includes the possibility for virtual-reality “Scratch VR” features, where a lot of the same difficulties come up; for more information, see this post.

For those who are interested, it may be worth checking out Beetle Blocks or CreatiCode. They are block-based programming languages similar to the Scratch editor, but with 3D features. There is another similar program to Scratch that contains block programming with 3D features, called Starlogo TNG.

Okay, can you please explain to people how to download the 2.0 offline editor now?? People still are asking about this LOL (I know how to, but I mean add it as a question here)
If you're wondering how:
1. Go to https://mv-ezproxy-com.ezproxyberklee.flo.org first or any page on that url that exists because the certificate for that expired, and it's causing it not to show since the 2.0 download files (I mean the dmg, exe, and air files of Scratch 2.0) have been hosted there for a while.
2. Proceed to the page (you might have to click Advanced to do this or whatever your browser has).
3. Go back to the 2.0 download page, and it should show fine.
You can also go to the scratchr2 2.0 download page using the wayback machine or going to https://scratch-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/help/scratch2download which will have the downloads for the offline editor itself, though you will have to proceed to a download.scratch.mit.edu page for the latter.
To get other versions, replace v461 in the url. If the help page version goes to a 404, go back and refresh.
I fail to understand what you're saying; can you please word it like you are writing it for the directory? I'll add it unmodified (except for like grammar).

I can barely type at the moment, but what parts are confusing you? Did you try doing the steps, or going to https://mv-ezproxy-com.ezproxyberklee.flo.org

In the actual thing, you don't have to explain all the details of why this is happening.
https://scratch-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/download/scratch2
When you click one of the download buttons in under 2 of this page, the url is the old download locations, which redirects to a download.scratch.mit.edu page with the file (due to download.scratch.mit.edu's certificate expiring in January this year, you cannot see those downloads anymore without going to a download.scratch.mit.edu page first and proceeding despite what your browser says). The scratchr2 download page, as shown from https://scratch-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/help/scratch2download does not have this issue because it doesn't check for that, so you can just click one of the links and then proceed to the page (though the Adobe Air links do not work anymore since Adobe Air is now on Harman, so you'll have to search for that or go to the new download page to get it)
Edit: I can type now.

No, there's a bug that's happening currently. Everything on the homepage except “Projects Loved by Scratchers I'm Following” is hidden at the moment. It keeps hiding and showing too, though I'm not sure if the homepage is working correctly when the rows are properly showing:

Also, Scratch keeps thinking that I still have messages after reading them (even on scratchr2, which started after this happened, and I feel like Scratch's servers will die on its birthday)

Has the featured project list bug been fixed? I'm wondering if I should remove it from the list. (Actually, it shouldn't be on the list anyways, because it's a bug, not a question about Scratch)

Ok.
Something similar has just started happening again, by the way:

Welcome to the forums!

To create a topic, go to the forum that is relevant to the topic idea, then at the top-right corner, there should be a purple button saying “New Topic”. Click the button to make a topic.

You should also make sure it follows the rules of that forum. You don't necessarily need to read all of them at once, but the “sticky” posts at the top of all forums are very useful.

It could be useful to re-add the thing about missing front page rows since the bug keeps coming back.

Since the .org thing is an announcement now, I removed the temporary question about the other domains.
