I disagree. EDM is simply a facet of Electronic. Your description of EDM seems to describe melodic dubstep, which while I think is a correct description, fits under Electronic. Maybe have an EDM section in Electronic that parties more often? If we're doing that, then add a section for others like vaporwave and chiptune.

Thanks for your input. While you draw some strong points, I still hold fast to the initial separation. I do not really mean melodic dubstep, I mean songs like Alan Walker, Porter Robinson, etc. They all have that dance feel, as well as the signature sidechain. House music does that too. I would probably lump those into EDM as well.

For the Jazz/RB&B, what are you trying to tell us? My apologies for not understanding.

The Classical/Ballad point you made is correct. I will try to separate it into a more suitable category. Maybe Pop? Who knows.

Rock has been ruled out from being in the game as per request by BlauHourglass, the founder of Kokoro Beats. Unfortunately this means it is not going be in the game.
