Probably because of its use of a chatroom, but I'm pretty sure they were a random Scratcher, so it would suck for them to come back and see their account scratching its headed.

go to @elaruu , it will say “Our server is scratching its head!” It used to be used as a chatroom, and wasn't banned.

We Scratchers do not have the power to definitively tell you the reason why, and the Scratch Team won’t disclose such information to the public. If you know them outside of Scratch, then you can probably ask them there about why they were banned.

normally if a scratcher got banned there should be a reason why
but for other scratchers the reason isn't disclosed
