Captions are very often available, even if it's just in auto-generated form. Also, most browsers and OSs have features to have auto-generated captioning everywhere, generating the captions based on what audio is being played (or, of the volume is off, trying to be played).

That includes Chromebooks- Chrome has their “Live Captions” feature.

Also, we do have the “Tutorials” section of the Explore page, which is one of the few parts of the Explore page that isn't filled with unrelated generic platformers yet (though feel free to report any unrelated projects there for tagspam with unrelated tags).

i know that it's late, but if you try to open a youtube link in forums, it goes to a special website to play those videos.
