Just kidding. This was a language I made up, called “Crazese”, which obviously means crazy. Here is the whole message translated:

But this forum section isn't the place for them - this is for people that don't speak English as their first language to talk with other people in their own first language. Please keep codes or made-up languages somewhere else, maybe in a Scratch project. Thank you.
