This is true as,

Let's look at the two largest features added to Scratch since 1.4: clones and custom blocks.
they said 1.4! That's a long-ish time ago (I think) The suggestions forums is just a place where people argue over if an idea is good or not even though it may never be added.

Support!

No, this is about PRs for the scratch editor itself; not projects that people make…

basically, ST would allow people to send in Pull Requests on GitHub to all the scratch repos, and these would be added to a beta version separate from the main website (possibly Scratch Lab) for people to test. if they work well, then they'll get rolled out to the main website.

Furthermore, this is a fairly reasonable ask that would likely need only one manager to review incoming pull requests

It changed the translate block so it would not translate things if they only contained numbers.

Thanks, but I'm now on my home computer where GitHub is unblocked.

I agree, it’s just become scratch team being irresponsible at this point

No, they just have slower development than we'd like. Not at all “irresponsible”…

Ngl, this might be the GREATEST forum suggestion ever. (I think I understand what this means) Suggestions NEVER get implemented, and I think this would help that. Support. Maybe, just maybe, Scratch team will notice this within 3, or 4 CENTURIES XD

Just a question, what are “vulnerabilities”?

basically just serious bugs, and severe enough vulnerabilities could potentially even be used for account hijacking.

so basically you're suggesting a “better” version of Scratch Lab.

Scratch Lab is based only on community feedback (I even doubt they consider that) and doesn't let users fix general bugs, suggest, or provide features to parts of Scratch outside of the editor

Does the announcement of the Youth Advisory Board partially solve this?
