Quick intro to notation for big numbers

Using up arrow notation we would write mitchboy's number simply as googolplex ↑↑ googolplex - that makes it pretty straightforward. Since a googolplex is way less than 10 ↑↑ 10, it's not too hard to show mitchboy's number is still far less than only 10 ↑↑↑ 10.

Graham's number, mentioned by PZ7 & dracae in posts just above, is too cumbersome for me to write here, even with up-arrow notation. It makes mitchboy's number look utterly insignificant

The chained arrow notation is better for creating seriously large numbers, even far and away much bigger than you can with up-arrow (mitchboy's number would only be googolplex → googolplex → 2, which is less than 10 → 10 → 3 as mentioned above).
Even Graham's number is less than 3 → 3 → 65 → 2 which again is way way less than 3 → 3 → 3 → 3.
But it's a real pain to try to explain (I tend to feel pretty lost after the third level)…

On second thought, saving the thumbnail could make a false tgumbnail possible or even easy. Think about it; You could set a thumbnail, and then completely redo the entire project. Is that thumbnail still valid? Not quite, not quite…
