Is Omori appropriate for scratch?
Is Omori appropriate for scratch? I know the game has very triggering topics, but if i ignored those and created something Omori related without having any of those topics, would it still get nfed/get hidden from people?

Is Omori appropriate for scratch?
EDIT2: Also, I forgot I just spoiled abit of the game so uh read & highlight (just highlight the entire post since I made some spoilers transparent) at your own risk lol)
This was quite a sore spot for me as well - There's an underlying rule though that should answer: As long as what you do with the characters and etc. is appropriate for Scratch, then sure, you get a go ahead pass.
Also just note: avoid mentioning the truth, jumpscares, etc. that are not appropriate and you are definitely fine.
However you should not reference below surface-level story, specifically such as (EDIT: REMEMBER: But not limited to!) the cause of SOMETHING (the creature) and why MARI doesn't appear in the real world, or the several distortions, jumpscares, etc.
As long as you avoid discussing, referencing or mentioning those, it should be fine.
Just remember that you should also avoid jumpscares, etc. at full pace — Warnings do not change anything.
EDIT: I think mentioning Stranger would also remain fine, just refrain from mentioning the game's truth as well.

But even with FNAF, it's still allowed. I can think of two particular franchises that can't be referenced at all. it hasnt had a huge situation like fnaf yet, so its fine. just dont put any of the triggering topics
Omori is fine. Projects getting NFE'd just for being part of a franchise, is an extremely rare case. I've made Death Note content in the past that was appropriate, as well as Persona 5 content, and both of those franchises are extremely dark and cover sensitive themes. But in those cases, they're allowed as long as the content itself is appropriate.

Please don't post in old and inactive topics, as this is known as necroposting and is generally unhelpful.Idk, I’m making an OMORI fangame, just gonna put a bit of code where if you click report it crashes your webpage Is Omori appropriate for scratch? Doing this is against the Terms of Use, please don't (you risk a ban, although it's unlikely if it's your first time breaking the rules)
