Revise the "Ask the Community" Section in /contact-us

NOTE: adding a clarification about bans in the QaS section won't be added here as I'm unsure if it would count as a duplicate, use Sliverus' suggestion for that please.

The “Ask the Community” section is somewhat of a sore spot due to how the information is given, “anything related to Scratch” is a bit of too much hyperbole tea.
I'm proposing to change it to this or similar:

the URL is here, for those who don't know about /source
older versions: https://u.cubeupload.com/Zyy/revisefive.png - https://u.cubeupload.com/Zyy/revisionyetagainn.png - https://u.cubeupload.com/Zyy/reviseversiontwo.png - https://u.cubeupload.com/Zyy/revisionfour.png

CHANGES
  1. Unbolded text to only, and ONLY be used to highlight crucial information. (Could be said as “Proper use of bold text”, however the word “proper” is subjective)
  2. Changed Questions about Scratch's section to be composed of 2 sentences instead of one, “such as the programming language, website, and more.” including a bolded (aka crucial) part: “Please remember that this is not for asking or gossiping about users however!”
  3. Added Suggestions, not really needed to bold anything here however if someone suggests to I'll probably do so (bolded a part already).
  4. Help with Scripts now no longer mentions blocks - Code and blocks in the project editor are the same thing, also mentioned “from other users”.
  5. Added a bolded section to Bugs and Glitches to remind users that it has nothing to do with reporting bugs for their own projects.
  6. Mentioned not to discuss filter issues in Bugs and Glitches (suggested by #12)

For users that have cubeupload blocked, here's a transcription via BBCode:

  • Questions about Scratch: Ask others in the community about anything related to Scratch, such as the programming language, the website, and more. Please remember however that this is not for asking or gossipping about other users or asking about your own projects!

  • Suggestions: Discuss your suggestions to the Scratch website and or the programming language. Please do not forget that if you have a suggestion to the filter, discuss it with us directly using the Get Help button at the bottom of this page.

  • Help with Scripts: Get help from other users on Scratch with your code to make your project work.

Bugs and Glitches: Find out how to deal with technical issues you encounter on the Scratch website or in the project editor. Please note that this is not for creating topics for people to report bugs on your project rather than a bug with the website or the project editor please go to Help with Scripts if you want help with your code! Filter issues should be discussed with the Get Help button to talk with us directly!
Again, only providing so those who have cubeupload blocked can still contribute to the discussion.

Support, this would likely stop most of the misconceptions regarding the forums that new people have

Looks like a good addition, I was a bit confused by the forums the first time I saw then. this would make the forums easier to understand for new scratchers.

You should also state that filter false positives should be discussed under “Get Help”, not in Bugs and Glitches.

Atleast if they discovered the Contact-Us page first before the forums, which is a bit unlikely.

The wording of it is indeed a bit broken, but not the whole section to be real here.

It may not be neccassary, however it should still be a bit more clear when being read from a perspective of “wait theres a forum?”
