This is a roleplay where far into the future, robots have gained sentience, and war broke out.

In the year 2050, a man named Prof. Crawford developed true artificial intelligence, to aid the world. He developed a safeguard to prevent the AI from killing the world:

Under No Conditions Shall Any Type Of Robot Commit Any Harm Of Any Type, Or Program A Robot With The Capability To Do So

However, in the year 2053, some idiot illegally deleted the safeguard, and the robot escaped. That robot gathered a small band to kill everyone, but they were stopped by AI who didn't wish for the destruction of the human race. Within a year, all the robot restrictions were removed, and all robots were able to fight. Some are good, some are bad. You never know until you meet one

The year is now 2058, and the war is still going strong, with no signs of stopping.
What is happening now: Kino & Cain are facing off against FF0000


Lawful Good - The good guys, who mainly seek to end the conflict
Chaotic Evil - The bad guys. They just wanna rule the world & stuff like that
True Neutral - People & Robots who were just caught in the crossfire. They prefer not to fight except for self defense

Rise Up | Primary
Captain Franklin Douglas - A man with high potential for leadership, he started this faction to help people caught in the crossfire. Years later, he now aims to end the war


Tear Down | Primary
FF0000 - The first bot to have his protocols broken by an idiot. He aspires to eradicate all human life to start a new one for him and his allies


Survival Corp.
Kino - A human that survived during the first waves of the war. He set up the camp to allow people to take cover from the crossfire. Humans & Robots are welcomed by him, and he uses a gas bomb and radio to defend, not attack. But in the heat of the battle, he can become too scared to act
Cain - A human that used to fight to resolve the war. But when his best friend died, he realized that it was a lost cause, and joined the Survival Corp. to wait out the war. He uses knives and a taser for self-defense, along with quick thinking. But he lacks mental and physical strength

RULES

You can't kill someone else's character. Severe injuries or disabling robots are fine, provided that they are accepted by the owner of said character

No excessive violence. Just, No. Don't do it.

If you're not a part of it, don't use it. If there is a battle with a surprise attack, then the opponent can't suddenly know how to counter. No, there is no mind reading. Memory extraction is possible, but it must be reasonably complicated

Your character must act like you describe them. If they are described as very quiet, they can't just run into the field screaming. Codeword: “Tyranny, like heck, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph” Kudos to you if you know what show this is from!

Limit of 3 characters per person. 5 if admin

Consent with others before throwing their characters into a fight. It's not fun if your character is suddenly fighting for his life when minutes before, he was chilling on a beach somewhere

Finally got around to it.
An NPC is a Non-Player Character, used in games like Minecraft, Doom, and Pac-Man (The ghosts are characters, not playable ones)
But for this, NPCs will be used for temporary interactions. They are usually killed off or kidnapped, stuffed into a dark room, Interrogated, THEN THROWN INTO AN EMPTY EXPANSE WHERE THEY WILL NEVER LEAVE.
