Make signature links the same for all users

Make the signature links the same for all users, just the same as right now but without the /username/ at the end. This'd be helpful for people who don't know how to make a signature.
if there's one thing i learned from writing this post it's that i'm so bad at explaining things

The link to change your signature is different for every user. For me, it's https://scratch-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/discuss/settings/subjectnamehere/ but for you it's https://scratch-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/discuss/settings/BLUE_BUFFALO/. I'm suggesting to change it so it's the same link for everyone.

The structure of the forums shouldn't be a big issue here

All that would need to be done is:

- get the name of the logged in user
- redirect to scratch.mit.edu/discuss/settings/{name of logged in user}

1. we cant access other peoples signatures anyways so why bother?
2. it will remove the fact that it could be helpful to new scratchers to show them their signature link instead of them just putting this in:

No support, if a signature is bad, how is an ST member gonna edit it if it just links to change their own signature instead? They would only be able to edit their own.
