Just some suggestions for more report options
The project has flashing lights and no warning- I feel like this is important for people who are sensitive to flashing lights, as this can cause illness, seizures and possibly even death. Some projects don't have warnings which could be dangerous for scratchers.

This project is not mobile friendly- I think it's unfair that scratchers who have computers can play most games, while scratchers who have phones, tablets and other mobile devices can't. There is a game I really want to play but it's not mobile friendly I've asked the creator but they never responded to me asking for mobile option. This would make scratch games more accessible to everyone.

Those are all my suggestions for now.

Well, that's their problem. There are no rules stating projects must be able to be used on mobile and PC.
also most people use PC

I'm saying there should be a rule.

Support for the “project has flashing lights”
Some scratchers are prone to seizures
No support for the “project is not mobile friendly”
most scratchers are on pc and
don’t care about mobile users

People will be protesting like wildfire with that.

Also, programming languages aren't MOBILE PHONE based.

So? He said most scratchers are on PC.
If someone on mobile can't view projects, it's THEIR problem. They can go get a computer. If they don't, they can't go mad. The other 90% PC users and 5% mobile users are fine!
It shouldn't be a RULE to make projects CROSSDEVICE.
It wastes people's time and some amazing projects may not be possible due to the ridiculous rule you are proposing.

semi support
Yes, seizures are a real problem (support) and there should almost ALWAYS be a warning, but banning projects for not being mobile friendly is stupid since being mobile friendly isn't always possible

Do you know how much a computer costs? Its worth whatever time “wasted” to allow all people to play a game. I'm sure if these projects are soo amazing their creators can find a way to make it mobile friendly.
Edit: Also stop being so overly aggressive.

When wouldn't it be possible? Also please do not use the abbreviation CP it means something really bad and innapropriate.

Depending on what you mean if you mean all projects from now must be changed to mobile friendly well half of all projects will be gone. As of new projects to be made, this would be an absolute burden. Many users would spam the help with scripts because they don't think their game can be Mobile Friendly (cuz they can't figure the coding out)
And the cheapest chromebook is like 180$. Expensive but most people have at least one computer, maybe a chromebook from school.

A lot of schools don't use and ban the email to join scratch.(My old one did, and we don't use scratch at my current school.)

oh shoot, i forgot what (forbidden abbreviation) meant, thanks for warning me
cp as in cross-platform D:
i mean that not all scratchers would know how to, and that some projects (ie, control heavy, etc etc) wouldn't be possible with it. Scratch itself isn't mobile friendly (UI, Coding interface) )so why should scratch projects have to.

“This project is not mobile friendly”
Scratch 1.x
Scratch 2.0
Yeah this would definitely cause issues with older projects too.
