I don't know why or how, but Scratch (or my internet) refused to let me access this page. It would get stuck loading and I couldn't even check new posts. Messages worked fine but I couldn't exactly do anything about it.

This is incorrect. The ISOC has been used. Orders that were previously on it were either completed or had expired. (I just didn't update the ISOC history, which tbh might have been helpful but eh)
