OP meant like having siblings get special benefits. There's no way to easily replicate this. Easily.

You can do it though, it just requires Replit, Scratchattach, Python and coding knowledge.

Or maybe we could add the same sort of system but with sisters instead.
what about people who have a sibling who is not the same gender as them
I think we can assume that something like this would also be added.
so would it be “siblingly” instead of brotherly?
If your a boy it would still be brotherly
A girl would be sisterly

No support, why is his needed?
Just make a shared account or something, or on your about me.
Shared accounts are allowed between family in The same house

Reminder: Joke suggestions should be reserved for April fools day only
As a non joke version probably just allowing multiple accounts on 1 email and having both accounts projects/favs/hearts be linked

It makes more sense to change it to siblings, but yet again, this suggestion has a lot of holes in it, not to mention that not everyone on Scratch are all family.

but why though? just use the follow button! its that easy!
i really have no words here.
so have this:

this is the filler nom lad yes i know offtopic but hold on
nomnom lad does NOT want to be known that he is the brother of this goober:

the reason? because they can do their own thing,
also adding this sibling block:
hello i am a sibling of [nomnom the first v] ::#aaeeff
would probaly crash scratch projects

EDIT: i saw that it would give you extra things and i feel that is a dlc called: “another kid!!1!1”

Scratch is supposed to be a starter programming language. I don't know of any starter programming languages with “brotherly, ain't it” blocks. Besides, what would this do?
when green flag clicked
brotherly, ain't it? :: grey

Another thing, what sort of ID verification could there be that most kids (the majority of Scratch users) have?

just made this alt (main is lapisi), tell me now, what exactly do you propose the ST does to stop this alt from being used for this feature?

I read through OP's post. Yes, I saw them mention sisters. But this whole “brotherly” talk is pushing sisters off to the side, and as a female I find that sexist.

As for the suggestion itself, I don't support. I don't see a good use for the “brotherly” block and I don't think I'll ever use it anyway.
I wasn't even being sexist. Literally, stop accusing me of literal sexism just because I focused on brothers.
Well, why is it called the “brother feature” then? I know there are girls who say bro to refer to other people but we're talking about brothers. And brothers are associated with male people. Why would you put emphasis on brothers anyway? You could've reworded the whole topic to include brothers and sisters, like pretty much everyone else is saying. Now that's inclusive. And Scratch wants to be inclusive.

Literally (I hate when this is used figuratively but I have no choice), respect my literal perspective on this. Please. The last thing I want to happen here is a flame war, and we could be banned if this ever happens.

Looks like the title was edited to prove that it would be the same for all siblings.

why do I feel like you made this topic just so you could suggest a block that says, “brotherly, ain't it?”
