Better ways to organize custom blocks

Stuff such as custom categories, or recoloring custom blocks would be very helpful to organize them, for example if you create a project where you have a ton of custom blocks and take too much time finding where they are, you could create categories such as “Save Code Blocks” or “3D Rendering Blocks”

Plus recoloring them would give some uniqueness to your code and also if someone remixes it then it will be much easier to find the right custom blocks using the different colors and categories they are split into.

Support because I’m making a big project and I need to organize my custom blocks.

There is a workaround though, I prefix every custom block with a category name like “Decoding” and use emojis for subcategories.

Support. This could be helpful for big projects and students being taught to code.

Anyways, for the actual suggestion, would there just be a color slider like the costumes, or would there be presets too?

I think it should be a color wheel or color slider

You used to kinda be able to recolor them, but it made all custom blocks that color, and didn't move it to a separate category.
There is this topic though:

this isn't much of a dupe, more like a re-envision with more ideas to make it user friendly

I mean, I was referring to the “recoloring” part as I thought you meant putting it in other categories or something lol (there was a topic for just recoloring them I believe but I have no idea where it is, so I can't really check)

Lol the more I code, the more I see how this is useful! I mean, do you think my “clean up” block fits in with all the other ones in this script?
