General Computers discussion topic!!

In this topic, you can discuss anything about computers. Different operating systems, companies, books about computers, you name it.
There is also a topic specifically for MS-DOS Operating Systems
Rules
  • Please do not discuss any harmful software on computers, like viruses.
  • Please be respectful of everyone. People may come here to learn more in a discussion, so do not get upset if they don't understand something.
  • Do not bring up other sites other than YouTube. We don't want anyone finding a site from this topic that is inappropriate and messes with their computer.
Other than that, enjoy discussing computers!!

If I did something wrong, please tell me. I did a forum search and didn't find any dupes, either.

I have a Mac still on Sierra so it allows me to have 32-bit apps and older versions of browsers so I was able to install Scratch 2.0 v385/404 and Scratch 1.x and prototypes on it XD
My browser / operating system: MacOS Macintosh X 10.12.6, Firefox 31.0, Flash 32.0.0.371

Yes, that is allowed as long as it has to do with computers.

I used to watch this YouTube channel that talked about old computers and their insides and cool facts about them. If I recall correctly he was called the 8-bit guy. He even has a Wikipedia page, so that must mean he's famous.

I've watched his videos as well. Particularly his videos on the limitations of computer colour palettes.
