Rizz is kind of a short word for charm. So really it isn't that bad unless people make it sound bad. Usually people who use the word don't even use the meaning properly as a joke about slang today.

And how is that related to modern slang terms? Also, it was commonly used in and around the Second World War because “Japanese” doesn't fit in newspaper headlines (at least at first)- especially considering the size they were then (I should know, I've held a newspaper from 1941 about Pearl Harbor. Also, your post is a logical fallacy. Slang and propaganda are not related to each other, thus saying “ban propaganda and slang because they're the same thing”, even sarcastically, means nothing, since they are not the same thing. The only way that they are similar is the fact that they are used for communication, and one is from a group (often a government) to convince people of the rightness of their actions and why, and the other is used between ordinary people because they think it makes them sound cooler.

Nowadays, young children are using the term to refer to pick-up lines (e.g. “I want you to focus on the first three words of this sentence”)

It is rarely used for the intended meaning (charisma).

The words ‘riz’, r!zz' ‘rizzler’ ‘rizzy’ ‘ways to rizz’ ‘rizz ideas’ are all phrases that should be muted in all cases (besides this topic as we are discussing it )
