I have a followers studio and it has 40 managers which is the max. Is there any limit to how many curators? If there is, I would have to create a whole new studio.

Nope, curators are unlimited.

No curator limit, I know of a couple studios with tens of thousands of curators

I don’t think so but i’m not completely sure. i’ve also seen studios with over 40 managers

They must have been from before the studio update because the studio update limited it but I don't think it demoted anyone.
