Stormfur and Feathertail would not have been born.
The Tribe of Rushing Water would have been destroyed by Sharptooth.
Without the Tribe, Jayfeather would not have been summoned to the mountains in Sign of the Moon and gone back to the past to stop the Ancients from leaving. They would not have migrated to the forest and the Clans would not exist.
Firestar would be even more sad when Graystripe gets taken away by Twolegs.

I like Yellowfang and Cinderpelt. Their personalities are my favorite.

then rootspring runs from the gathering and falls into the lake
bramblestar tries to save him but this
basically all the stuff with ghost bramblestar and not_bramblestar.sb3 (yes, I know who it really is, i just like to say not bramblestar while he's possessing bramblestar)

oh and the prologue is also really good

RiverClan is going to force Icestar to step down and form a direct democracy, and then ShadowClan will become inspired by their success and also become a direct democracy. (Or maybe an indirect democracy, for contrast.)

The Elder's Quest is still a VERY new book, and I'm sure many people (myself included) have not read it yet.
I haven't even read A Starless Clan yet. (I really need and want to, but I don't have easy access to the series.)
So please, if you really need to give spoilers, put a spoiler alert at the start of your post.

Update: I am now at River, chapter 7. Can't wait for the plot to really begin.

In Warriors: The New Prophecy: Twilight, there is a Twoleg thing causing a sickness in RiverClan. It is described as follows:
