Funnily enough, in Don't Ask Questions, the 3D Realm is the afterlife. Well, an afterlife. There's also the Outer Planes, but I'm not opening that can of worms yet.
When neutrally-aligned animals, including humans, die, they go to the 3D Realm, usually as spirits, but very rarely as gods. So far, Expunged, Bandu, and Bambi are the only gods that were definitely not animals before becoming gods, because they came into existence so early.
For instance, Hydra, Bambom, and Zed were cats in life, and the Stylish Gods, Ringi, Zetrus, and Marion were humans in life.

does it give some kind of explanation of why ringi became made of serotonin

this might imply that daq wingbi (if she exists there even) might've lived as a normal bird with normal colors at first, died, and then got revived as a spirit with similar looking arms (and that begs the question: what was wingbi doing with the cats <the most common animal talked about in daq> before and after she died? and what specific clan would she have been watching over?)

Not everyone is associated with the clans in DAQ.
For instance, Dave, Bambi, Tristan, Boyfriend, and Girlfriend don't even know the clans exist, though Bambi occasionally encounters clan cats who visit his farm.
The police and SCP Foundation interact with the clans, but are not associated with the clans.
A generic brown tabby is aware of the clans, but lives in the city and consequently barely interacts with them.
Also, who is Wingbi? Is she an OC or a character from a fan mod I haven't heard of? She didn't necessarily have to have realistic colors in life; the cats in DAQ are examples of Amazing Technicolor Wildlife, and birds can get pretty colorful IRL. Ever heard of parrots?

(answer 1 in bold) wingbi is a concept bambisona that im planning on making more info for (and eventually making it my 1st female oc)
so far she is a typical shaped bambisona that has modifed hands made to look like the wings of birds
she has purple to blue colors and unlike most bambisonas has a mask that looks like a birds
and she uses telekinesis because she cant manipulate things with her wings
and for the daq version of her (which may not have existed yet in the canon idk) she looked like a male, colorful bird with entirely colors from her spirit form but was actually a female, but yeah all of this might change so dont really expect all of the info here to be accurate to the oc itself when its real

(answer 2 in italic) i think for daq canon wingbi, she just watched clans mostly, that was until she died of something unknown, and then stopped watching them after that
also yes ive heard of parrots, and the daq description of the version of her while she was an animal was maybe thought of after something from electus (i think thats how you spell it, and idk about if its the right species for this info) parrots; being completely different colors for different genders, and females not having dull colors <i got this info from wikipedia and that was how i remember a section so idk if its accurate enough>

No, it was a one-time thing. Banjex was uncomfortable wearing the hot, stuffy fursuit, so he didn't try wearing it again.
