I would like to ask if the ScratchLab extension is open source, and if so where is the link?

Do you mean Scratch CE? I got the Animated Text extension there from the compiled Scratch Lab code (which is not minified) with changes, which may or may not be allowed by the license…

Well, I was referring to a community called CCW, which doesn't seem to take open source licenses seriously.

So Scratch Lab's extensions should not be available in their normal state.
