DRC and a few other countries don't update because Scratch is either A) banned in those countries OR B) there isn't infrastructure for those countries' stats because so few people use them

I agree. They should probably start a fundraiser program for kids, but I'm not sure if that suggestion was suggested before, so I don't know.
