"Browse" or "Suggested/Recommended" projects to look at
It's actually pretty hard to find projects that aren't
1.) new
2.) made by a user you already know
so there should be a “browse” feature that provides a list of projects with similar tags to things you have favorited or liked, or some other way to recommend projects the user is likely to enjoy.

I like this, too. Or a way to filter projects by upload date, amount of views, favs, love-its, etc.

I think that there should be a section labeled “Recommended”, which would consist of projects (with tags very related to the ones of projects you have viewed before) the Scratch website would suggest viewing. Like what YouTube does.
To me, it would be a way of finding more projects that I would like, because, really, how would you find a random game without the use of the forums or any front-paged projects?
(slight reference here)

No support, sounds like it could take up quite a bit or server space that could be used for stuff like cloud data.

If it can be disabled (privacy reasons) then I support.

It would mean tracking users across the site, and the front page is already cluttered and full. No support.

It doesn't necessarily mean tracking users. You don't have to look into someone's history to find all the tags of projects that they've seen. Or at least, that's not what I'm suggesting. It would mean tracking users across the site, and the front page is already cluttered and full. No support.
Maybe it could be turned on/off?
I guess. If it can be disabled (privacy reasons) then I support.
