If you mean both horizontally and vertically (like in Scratch 2.0), that's in a browser extension (whose enhancements are also in TurboWarp).

I used to own a scratch mod called “Itch”, it's not like the Itch on this list, it's brand new. @an_fallacy aka @Fallacy_ owns it now, so I would go to him to ask questions. (Theres no links however as it is in early beta and it's not officially released to the public)
