if you were just going to create this in a separate topic why the heck would you close the other one?

Create The Multiplayer Blocks!
Ok, back to explaining why this is a bad idea lol
I genuinely loved picking apart your argument on the old topic tbh
Scratch isnt a gaming site, it isnt designed to have features that will only be useful to one type of project, scratch is about education, and giving people the tools to do things that literally any other coding language cant do is teaching people to rely on nonexistent features when they eventually move to other platforms
This would also make multiplayer projects significantly less important, if everybody can make a multiplayer project, than nearly ever game on scratch would be multiplayer, and quite frankly not every game NEEDS multiplayer.
This would strain the hell out of servers by constantly overloading it with new data almost every second, scratch is a nonprofit company, and it has much much higher priorities than paying for a useless features servers (THAT MEANS MASS REPORTING, IF YOU WANT THAT FIXED, THIS IS ONLY DISTRACTING FROM THAT)
I rest my case

We do. They just want an easier way to make multiplayer projects. Why can't we just use cloud variables?

No support. This is just another obscure feature that only certain projects actually need and could use.
Also, I think there's something called a Griffpatch tutorial.
