There's obvious things that shouldn't be allowed on Scratch, and there's obvious things that are okay. I think, in these terms, the CG's are detailed enough. You should be able to tell what's okay for everyone and what's not just like that. It's called common sense. Unless you have none.

What is not clear about “it’s important to keep your creations and conversations friendly and appropriate for all ages.”
Exactly define “friendly” and “appropriate.” Give me a list of everything that's not appropriat for scratch at 100% clarity.
You definetly don't get taught about that. That's where common sense kicks in. Oh, but do you have any?
The scratch team may have a different definition of whats acceptable than scratchers. Actually having set-in-stone requirements would allow everyone to be on the same page.
Okay, let's see your definition appropriate, and we will compare, okay?
Give me a list of everything that's not appropriat for scratch at 100% clarity.
1. Something that's a BAD WORD (like a** or h***, not ak-47 or bong)
2. Bullying (repeated mean comments or projects)
3. Excessive blood (just a little is fine)
4. Some other things i won't mention -_-

What you just said was like if your parent said chore list was
  1. Feed and walk the dog
  2. Do your homework
  3. Vacuum the stairs
  4. make sure the robovac does not get stuck and unstick it if it does
  5. A few other things i wont mention
and kept telling you you did not do the last one and you should know what to do because “The list was 100% clear !!1!”
That is basically what you are saying.

I hope you realize that some things are illegal to talk about or will get us banned from the website, so no, we can't give you a list with everything inappropriate for scratch.

And you think that the ST should write about it? So, you see…

My point?

Most of these illegal things are just common sense. We can't give an entire list of what not to do, but we can give a list about what is and isn't allowed. Something more comprehensive than the CGs would help because there are a lot of silent and unknown rules. Other things are obvious like hacking other people's accounts are common sense and woduln't be needed to be listed as inappropriate or unallowed.

Common sense won't tell you to not talk about browser extension names or post links to Discord or Twitter if you're new to scratch.

Which is several pages long. Something more condensed wouldn't require a new user to look through the entire ToU. Instead, a quick skim and it would be sufficient in informing what to not do.

Which will be possible when there are pages of what is allowed and what is not allowed on the Comminity Guidelines

The CGs are about 450 words long. The ToU are 3400 words long. The community guidelines don't include the no extension name policy, so it is sort of incomplete.

How many words do you need to describe all of the appropriate and inappropriate things on Scratch?
