Edit: There, I fixed the OP, and yes, I was wrong, it wasn't off-topic, but just know that there might be someone new to the forums who doesn't know what to post. and they may be bombarded with negative comments that make them feel like they aren't wanted on the forums, so please, it was just a mistake; an error that I had made.

Okay, I did make a mistake. I didn't know if it was off-topic because I see it everywhere.

What if people use it for advertising purposes instead of actual warnings?

Not really.
Well, some 6-year-olds or epilepsy people do, it's still worth adding a warning about that.

Just saying there are people who can get triggered by Five Nights At Freddy's.
{offtopic}FNAF is banned on Scratch for three main reasons: Disturbing imagery, the jumpscares and the fact that kids who have seen, or played FNAF have had nightmares for days, or even weeks.{/offtopic}
DO NOT attempt to thread hijack!

I'm kinda torn on this. It's pretty easy just to code a warning at the beginning of your project, but this could be helpful as well.

Then you're not in the percentage of children who've gotten scared from it.

While in theory this sounds good, I dont think anybody in actuality will read the warning boxes. Most will probably see it as a username warning and click straight through like @Jbear_ said.
Besides, it's not hard to make a warning box in your project.

The username warning is often ignored, in my opinion. I think we should have a pop-up instead, but only limited to 1 pop-up per project at the start.

Here's how it would look like:

Honestly, I think we should be able to do 2-3. I can see myself using this feature, especially if we could set our own thing but even if we couldn't and had options like flashing lights or blood. I'd honestly prefer a full-project size warning that you have to manually agree to, especially for safety concerns like flashing lights, however if this is the only way to get these warnings officially implemented, yes please.

But most people don't. A lot of kids don't understand that things like flashing lights are dangerous to some. If it was an official feature it might be implemented more.

A small increase would be fine, but if it's unlimited, it could easily be used for spam.
Maybe 2?

There's a fear of… Holes? So that's why some people don't like Sky Sanctuary Zone. Anyway, some of the examples you gave are kind of absurd, and you can just stick those warnings in the description, or in a sprite that actually forces you to read them for long enough to understand. Using the current system would lead to a lot of these warnings being completely ignored.

If you've seen the Username Warning, it looks like a transparent white box located on the top of the project screen saying, “This project can detect who is using it, through the ”username“ block. To hide your identity, sign out before using the project.”

I suggest that you can type some custom texts on the box. I know you can put that on the description but 60% of people just don't read them.
What if someone types something inappropriate into the warning/alert?
What if someone bypasses the comment chat filter? We should take away commenting then.
What if someone types something inappropriate into the project? We should take away sharing then.
What if someone cyberbullies? We should take away the internet then.

No, because it would destroy the actual use of this alert. You could not only type anything, also rude thingys or dissallowed stuff into it bu for example if there's someone using the username block as a way to track Scratchers secretly and you read the warning then that it's using those username blocks you understand but if the dialog box just says “fdsjkjariotjj 9rtvenrtu0” or so then this can be used to trick others and anyway track them by the username! That's just destroying the purpose it was made for! Also, if you had a list of warnings you could choose from you could just not choose to hide the tracking or you could choose random warnings and say that's funny.

Just no support!!
