Allow Signed Out Users To Report Content
I recently saw that a New Scratcher was doing fake follow for follow (to get free followers without following anyone). I'm not mentioning their username as they might not want it mentioned here, so I'll refer to them as ‘Gobo’. Some users have been bullying Gobo on his/her/their profile because of what Gobo did - he/she/they maybe misunderstood (as a New Scratcher). Signed out users should be able to report content as an anonymous user.

I support this suggestion. People who don't want to have certain content (for example: someone's face) should be able to report this to be taken down.

This shold be implemented although there is the issue of report spawn from signed out users. Prehaps reports from signed out users should contribute less, or not at all, to the making of decisions by the bots (muting people, unsharing projects).

It would be harder to punish people who false report, but otherwise, support.

There's a reason no major website allows signed out users to report stuff. It's easy report spam.

Signed in users can report a project multiple times anyway - why would it be any different for signed out users? Besides, signed out users could be stored by their IP address, not their username.

He is right. Just track them my their IP instead of the username. Support. If you say “but they can just use a vpn to bypass it!!” well so can getting your ip blocked signed-in. A few cons, what if someone creates a bot that mass reports projects? Don't projects that have a lot of reports get taken down? And won't it be easier for bots to be created since they don't have to make an account?

Then they could put reCAPTHCA in projects/comments/reports/forums instead of just the account creation process. A few cons, what if someone creates a bot that mass reports projects? Good idea. This idea will be pretty handy for users who notice innapprorpite projects. Then they could put reCAPTHCA in projects/comments/reports/forums instead of just the account creation process.

(#11)reCAPTCHA is extremely annoying. Then they could put reCAPTHCA in projects/comments/reports/forums instead of just the account creation process. And plus, this isn't about allowing signed out users to post comments and stuff.

I know, but they should just add it to those anyway (not manual reCAPTCHA, the automatic one) for people/bots signed in. reCAPTCHA is extremely annoying.

(#14)Again, that's just annoying. The addition of reCAPTCHA was already controversial, this is just worse.I know, but they should just add it to those anyway (not manual reCAPTCHA, the automatic one) for people/bots signed in. reCAPTCHA is extremely annoying.
And plus, this isn't about allowing signed out users to post comments and stuff.
Plus, API requests exist.
Also, automatic reCAPTCHA, as far as I know, is done whenever it feels like doing it. Most of the time, it forces the dumb picture test.

No support, it's way too easy to mass report and to spam the moderators

(#5)That's true, and if you need to report something, just sign in. There is no reason you can't.

Or they could have IP blocks for the users so they can only report once in a project for a certain amount of time?

a. Signed in users can already do this anyway
b. There could be a cooldown between reporting projects

But that would lead to more spam or mass reports. no support. I recently saw that a New Scratcher was doing fake follow for follow (to get free followers without following anyone). I'm not mentioning their username for consenting reasons - I'll refer to them as ‘Gobo’. Some users have been bullying Gobo on Gobo's profile because of what Gobo did - Gobo could've misunderstood. All users should be able to report content as an ‘unknown’ or ‘anonymous’ user, not just signed in Scratchers.
