Oh absolutely! This is spammy and annoying. Why not just report it to be closed and go on with your day? Theres no need to type a spammy message across all posts.
Plus, you can always reference the forum thread and say that on their profile without cluttering the topic.
As far as that goes, I don't think that ST will implement this. We can go as far as discouraging it or writing about it on the wiki, but other than that we cannot do anything about it but educate people.

Hi! I think saying that is considered “mini-modding”. Mini-modding is when a scratcher is trying to do a job of a ST moderator. Mini-modding is discouraged but the Scratcher have good intentions of trying to be helpful.
Here are some examples of mini-modding:

I agree! I do think though, that scratch tries to ban scammers, like one of my friends, got banned temp. for “spamming on forums”This is spammy and it is not helping anyone. Across multiple posts, users are spamming this same thing, no changes. I am suggesting to forbid saying this, especially when saying it across multiple posts with no changes. If you think your question is answered, plz close the topic, thanks

I agree with this. It's outright just a form of spam and doesn't add anything to topics, especially QAS topics.

And how would a user know what the OP thinks? Unless the OP clearly states, “My question is now answered, thanks,” they can't know if their question was answered. I think we should make an announcement or something to Oh absolutely! This is spammy and annoying. Why not just report it to be closed and go on with your day? Theres no need to type a spammy message across all posts.discourage it, like with mini-modding, but not make it a bannable/notificational offense.

you have been bumped
Also, I agree. they aren't constructive and sound bad (for some reason adding the smiley face makes it sound more passive agressive)
