Epileptic warnings
I think it's a good idea if we add a epileptic warning to projects with flashing lights, as something like this might end up saving lives
There should be a box that you can tick that says “this project contains flashing images”, and a question mark that explains about epilepsy once clicked on, it should be something like this: “Flashing lights can cause injuries or deaths to epileptic people, please tick this box if your project contains flashing light”
There should also be a tickbox that says “I'm epileptic” when creating an account, if you tick it, you are banned from using projects with flashing light, this option can be toggled after the creation of the account
If you did not tick the box, you will receive a warning screen when opening a project that contains flashing lights, the warning screen should be similar to the loading screen except it is red and says “Warning, this project contains flashing lights, do not play this project if you are epileptic” in large font
I know you can add the warnings in the description, but not everyone is aware of the issue and not everyone read the description before playing a game
It is mandatory to add a epileptic warning if your project contains flashing light, and there will be a report option for projects without one, epileptic warning will be automatically added if enough people reported a project (similar to auto censoring) and the creator will receive an alert

Edit: Okay, support for all the reasons that have been mentioned (you can report if the warning is on, but there's no flashing lights and stuff and that the severity of the alert and/or ban depends on how many times that person has been reported for including a false epileptic warning).

How about warning the user about the project with epilectic problems and they can take it from there? and if a project was marked incorrectly, then the creator would get a “project sharing” mute? possibly for 1-2 days based on how much there was?

True, it could save their lives.
If abused, just report it.

I forgot to say you can also report a project if it does thatHere's a scenario I just imagined: What if someone abused this setting by switching the warning to on, even if the project didn't have any seizure-inducing content? After a while, if someone who has epilepsy went to play the game, (as in they already got the diagnosis for epilepsy, but they haven't yet changed the setting), then they would see a screen that might say something like this. Actually no, how would you know if a project doesn't have flashing lights? It might do contain flashing lights but it has to be triggered by special gameplay (like throwing a flashbang grenade)

A. Yes Would the creator of the game:
A) Receive an alert for a ‘false epileptic warning’?
B) Receive a ban for one week?
C) Receive a permanent ban?
B. No
C. No
Also if a project is intentionally designed to harm epileptic people the owner might be permanently banned

-snip-Warning: This project contains seizure-inducing light patterns. If you have photosensitive epilepsy, please seek medical advice before playing this project.Afterwards, after seeking medical advice (probably), they would start to play the project, only to realise that the project didn't contain any seizure-inducing content, and that it was a waste of their time.
Would the creator of the game:
A) Receive an alert for a ‘false epileptic warning’?
B) Receive a ban for one week?
C) Receive a permanent ban?
It depends on the severity and the amount of times the false warning has been done where the warning has been toggled on, but the project didn't contain any flashing colours/lights that would give the person with epilepsy seizures.
I don't not support, but I also don't support because no further explanation has been given about what happens to the person who gives out the false warnings.
That's quite light if you ask meA. Yes Would the creator of the game:

Projects cannot get removed for false epileptic warnings, they can only get re-marked, this is a new thing so every existing projects will need to get re-marked, and tons of people are not currently active, which means tons of innocent people will be banned, so no, people will not be punished for incorrectly marking a projectThe punishments should increase up that scale every time a project is removed for it.A. Why would someone do that? It's only making their project more restricted which would lead to less views, it's like purposefully NFE'ing your project to cause confusion Here's a scenario I just imagined: What if someone abused this setting by switching the warning to on, even if the project didn't have any seizure-inducing content?
