“Chromium” is the back-end (or, otherwise put “engine”) of Google Chrome, which is why most chrome forks say “a Chromium fork”, because they're alterations of Chromium.

Both (if I recall right) have a blue icon. The only difference is that basically all of the considerable-as-spyware, or otherwise tracking and/or telemetry is removed in Ungoogled Chromium (and ungoogled is, you guessed it, a fork of chromium).
