do you use extensions? because an extension has a 3.0 mode, and that may be causing some confusion

Even without extensions, the page that appears when you open a link to someone else's unshared project has the 3.0 design.

If you open the link instead of clicking it you get logged out but if you still have this tab to reply on this topic (or another topic) it'll give you a non Scratch 403 error
