I genuinely wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t add any new content in the game, the company that’s making the game are the people who made pokemon home, which in case you didn’t know, it
1. didn’t let you transfer back pokemon into pokemon bank
2. you could be stuck with some gen 1 pokemon that you can’t transfer into sw/sh and (probably) bd/sp

im really hyped for bdsp, i really hope it doesn't disappoint when it comes out, kinda like how swsh did tbh. i really hope they take their time to make the game good, and not rushing it just so people are like "omg!! its pokemon!! it has to be good!!" then it comes out, and then we are all like "oh…so this is what they worked on…?"

don’t get your hopes up, I can smell a disappointment a mile away.

let’s see the remakes/remasters that were disappointing
1. Sonic colors ultimate (glitches and overall a downgrade compared to the original running on dolphin)
2. mario 3D all stars (every new feature included in the base game is already easily available through an emulator! for $60 which is also the price of the sinnoh remakes!)
3. zelda remakes (they could be worse but they could be better for the price)

I’m not trying to say that you can’t be positive, it could be just that I have a negative view on gaming companies, but you can’t always be like “the new game is gonna be perfect without any flaws!” because most of the time you’re gonna be disappointed in some way.

True, but.even if everything is the same as the old game, I still want a version of Pokemon Diamond/pearl that is compatible with the switch and has.better graphics

I grew up playing a lot of pixilated Pokémon games like Pearl, Heartgold and Explorers of Sky (that’s one of the Mystery Dungeons) so I’m really excited to see that Pokémon is doing their old style again for this game. I think that if I didn’t love the pixel games I would feel much differently about the remake. Fingers crossed that it’s good!

“better” is subjective, I personally don’t think that some stupid guy that took the sprites literally is “better”

I don't want to be cool and I don't want to buy the remakes even if they're on sale for free
