You can search up someone's username, and get projects with them tagged/credited, or made by the person(try looking up my username, you'll find both my projects and friends' projects, which sometimes have me tagged). That usually does the trick for me.
But what about people that don't have projects, or were never tagged? They won't show up.
I think a profile lookup can be useful for those situations.
