Changing a letter or multiple to an encoded one

These actually look normal in link previews, so if I put this:

It will look like a normal youtube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=98awWpkx9UM
Using /../ or /./

Again, this looks normal in the preview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=98awWpkx9UM

These automatically redirect to the normal video if they're not a short.

I don’t see what’s wrong with YouTube anyway. It can already be linked on the main site, and, really, who cares if they get to YouTube? If it has inappropriate content, report it. No support, we don’t need this.

support, there's no point in having a filter if it can be bypassed this easily.

it's designed to stop people seeing comments and a filter for it already exists

it would be nice for it to respect url query parameters too. then you can link to a certain point in a video for example.

Those are already not allowed, as they can be used to bypass filters and link to unmoderated chat sites (like Discord).
Support. While it would be hard to stamp out all of them, they could start with the mobile version of YouTube (m.youtube.com) and country specific versions, before moving on to the encoded URLs.

Support! We wouldn't want a young kid stumbling onto a video that was completely appropriate, but the description contained social media sites and/or the comments were inappropriate.

Links to channels are allowed, so I don't think this filter even needs to exist.
