It wasn't always. The accounts are still there, but the chinese Scratchers just can't access it.

Support. It would be pretty interesting to know that exactly - and there are some small countries that you can't access.
Also, one color is currently 3,298,374.25 Scratchers. That makes it harder to differenciate how many there really are.

There could be several reasons:
1. A scratcher could have chinese ethnicity and want to put China as their location.
2. A scratcher could be interested in chinese culture and want to express that by putting China as their location.
3. People who live in China could have had a Scratch account before it was banned.

I support. This would represent the statistics much more clearly than the current map does. I also woulsn't have to zoom in so many times to see how many Scratchers are from smaller countries.
