Tell the user when their project is marked as NFE.
Support! If your project is NFE, you should know because it's your own project.

Support. We should know why, then maybe we can fix it and make it not NFE

Then why don't you explain it? Please be constructive, statements like “for obvious reasons” and “for reasons given above” are unconstructive by definition. Support, it should be obvious why ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

support, if a scratcher has an nfe project, he can remove the inappropriate parts and make it more appropriate for the community.

Tell the user when their project is marked as NFE.
BUMP
Support, example below
This is Tim:
Tim made a project that he thinks is completely fine
A small group of people found his project scaryAnd then he gets nominated to be put on the front page We must mark this project as NFE so that people who think it is scary will be less likely to see it*Confusion and outrage among the Scratch Community* Why isn't my project on the front page/as popular as it should be?
But… here is the example if there was a notification
Tim understands. Your project has been marked as NFE, you will not recieve any punishment, but, incase {Insert group of people who would get scared here} see it, we can't put it on the front page

I don't know what my stance was on this but I don't feel like looking for it.
For the vast majority of Scratchers, NFE cannot even be considered a punishment. Their projects have a near-zero chances of being on the front page and nobody was searching for them anyway. The only people this affects are well-known Scratchers who are going to get on the front page and get searched for.
However, those same users are more likely to get more reports for a scary thing than a less popular Scratcher's scary thing. Thus, it would make sense for the Scratch Team to straight-up remove the project instead of marking it as NFE. Plus, it seems like the Scratch Team doesn't even mark projects as NFE all too much as it's only for the projects in the crossroads between “complying with the CGs” and “not suitable for general audiences”.

Tell the user when their project is marked as NFE.
The user should deserve should to know when their project is marked as NFE so they can remove the parts that made it marked as NFE. Say Bob made a really good project and it is front page quality. It is NFE though (animated thumbnail). So when John proposes it to be featured, Bob can’t have his project featured because it’s NFE. But if this feature existed…
Weekend has been marked as NFE. NFE is when a project is inappropriate, but is not too inappropriate enough to be removed. NFE projects barely come up in the search results and cannot be on the front page. Here is the reason your project got marked as NFE: Animated thumbnail.Bob removes the animated thumbnail and the Scratch Team sends him this message: Hello! We have found out your project called
Weekend has been unmarked as NFE since you removed the animated thumbnail. It can now come up more commonly in search results and can be on the front page.Bobs good project can now be featured and more. Hello! Your project

I don't think it makes sense to expect this to be implemented if even sharing websites that tell if a project is NFE is not allowed.

It wasn't intended to be public I think, so probably not going to be implemented

If someone wants their project on front page, they may get questions as to why they aren't. This could help answer that question.
