Yeah! You could try to detect dashes. It's not that hard to detect something like 123-456-7890 It would be extremely difficult to differentiate from a normal number spammer and a phone number

Support! This breaks the Community Guidelines! But this is tricky, because lets say your phone number 452223, and someone makes their username 452_223, 452-223, cs452223, or CallMeAt452223,.

No support. It would break the community guidelines. Proof is in this quote:Keep personal info private. You’re misunderstanding the suggestion. They’re saying you shouldn’t be able to have a phone number in your username.
For safety reasons, don't give out any information that could be used for private communication - such as real last names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, links to social media sites or websites with unmoderated chat.

You can also share your full real name. It's not like the phone number is the only bit of personal information that could potentially be shared. Because of this, I don't think it would really be worth it. After all, how many times has anyone came across someone with their phone number in their username?

There are just to many dangerous things you can put in your username and so many workarounds. It would be way too hard to code this.

It's not uncommon to see numbers without any dashes. That is far too flimsy of a limitation and would not work. You could try to detect dashes. It's not that hard to detect something like 123-456-7890 It would be extremely difficult to differentiate from a normal number spammer and a phone number

Yeah. I know someone, their username is a word and then 11 numbers. WHen typing their username, it censors itBut then what if somebody wanted to make their username C00183441111? You could just censor every number with 10-11 digits, like the current filter way for comments.
Ok I realize that's probably not gonna be the case, but still. Someone's gonna want to make a username with lots of numbers.
And this can be workarounded with dashes, underscores, and such.
