My Chromebook still has Flash because it has reached its EOL last June and no longer receives updates

Google Chrome Dev (Version 91.0.4472.10 (Official Build) dev)
Microsoft Edge (Version 90.0.818.42 (Official Build))
Microsoft Internet Explorer (idk version, the “About Internet Explorer” menu just shows the Windows version).

but its supposed to be samsung browser

when I'm on laptop

mostly because Samsung Browser is based off of Chromium.

Probably. All Chromium-based browser created after the globe button was implemented (including Edge) just show as Chrome.
