My Chromebook still has Flash because it has reached its EOL last June and no longer receives updates
(though it's still disabled by default and Chrome knows it's out of date)

Probably. All Chromium-based browser created after the globe button was implemented (including Edge) just show as Chrome. mostly because Samsung Browser is based off of Chromium.
