Ability to change custom block color/section

I removed the old post bc it was useless
What I am suggesting is that custom block colors can be changed using :: (entercolorhere) or change the section using :: (motion)
Mockup:

(this would change the section to motion)
The block would still appear in the my blocks category but would also appear in the proper catagory (example: motion)
(mockup by PkmnQ)

If no :: is entered into the custom block then it would be the default color and would only be in the my blocks section.

Just because you won't benefit from it doesn't mean others won't.

Personally, if Scratch doesn't change the events blocks back to brown then I would love this suggestion as some of the blocks are hard to differentiate

I like the somewhat hidden implementation of this because it would probably be easy enough to add without requiring a huge overhaul or introduction of a new mechanic at all. Also, I would be able to add something new to my Hidden Features page

It does not change the default block colors. For each block, you set it. If you did not set it then it will set block color to the default one.

when scratch runs :: events hat
if <did not enter block color :: sensing > then
set block color to [default v] :: custom
end

So basically you can change the category for the custom blocks.

You wouldn't be able to change the colors of categories, there's already a similitude for that. This is being able to give custom blocks a different color than the default pinkish red.

Anything that helps sort custom blocks into distinctive categories so you can know what they do quickly at a glance is a check in my book. For instance, I have a lot of custom blocks in a sorting algorithm project I'm making and I have one for each sort I have. I've made around 40 and plan to go to 100 and already it's a huge mess.

Support, so I can recognise some of my own blocks better, and put them in nice, colour-coordinated sections.
While we are at it, I wish they changed some of the extension colours so they were not just all green.

It is NOT changing the color of anything other than custom blocks. It will not work like in Scratch 2.0.
