Mark comments as helpful

This feature is not for pinning

A feature like this will encourage users to be more constructive about commenting, the feature will only work if you're the creator of the project and it'll pin the comment at the top of the comment section.

An example of a helpful comment could be something that fixes a game breaking bug, a feedback comment, etc.

Mockups
a comment not marked as helpful from the owner's view

a comment right after being marked as helpful from the owner's view

a comment marked as helpful from the owner's view

a comment marked as helpful from everyone else's view

Notes:

the owner of the project should have the power to determine which comment comes first (Mockups needed)

the creator of the comment receives a notification that says his comment was marked as helpful (Mockups needed)

there should be an option to only see the helpful comments (Mockups needed)

Semi-Support. While this would encourage constructiveness, People would get competitive if it showed the number of times a comment was marked as helpful. If this is a feature that the project creator can do (like only they can mark the comments as helpful) then wouldn't people go to famous scratcher's projects and say “please mark my comment as helpful”?

This prevents them from having to do so.

The suggestion was to only allow the owner to do so, meaning that the “number of times” could only be 1

No. It is only for comments that are actually helpful not spam ones made by children in a risky bid for fame.

Yeah, this would be useful, but as always, fame hungry scratchers will do anyhting to get their comment marked. Semi support.

I have a felling this could turn into something like the comment section of YouTube videos, where people want to get noticed by the creator by commenting stuff like this:

EVERY COMMENT BELOW THAT SUGGESTS THIS SHOULD BE MARKED AS HELPFUL IS ONE HOPE THAT (famous scratcher) IS HAPPY BAD GUY STOLE CAR

Hmm… maybe something like an upvote feature, where you could view the most popular comments and the recent comments (I know what you're saying, and that could be implemented as well).
