I think I figured that out, thanks. But they didn't specify what the banner should be changed to, except hinting that it might involve the word ‘Aquashop’.

Its probably because the image hosting sites I've seen require setting up an account and providing an email address, which not everyone is comfortable with sharing online. Thus, asking someone else to do it for them would be easier for some people. If you have no issues with using these sites directly, then the feature is likely not aimed towards you.
