OK, this is one of my many suggestions. Incase it i a duplicate sorry, i'm not aware of such a topic. I was thinking that many scratchers, such as grifpatch don't follow or love or favourite in scratch because they don't want to spam all of their followers. Also if you're following you probably mostly want to see new game releases. So i game up with the perfect solution, a following option to only see new game releases. also a scrolling bar for the whats happening box. Please don't write things like check the front of 100 peoples profiles to see if they have new game releases.
and most of the time people love and favourite over 5 stuff. If this idea isn't helpful to you then think about wether it will be helpful to other people.

please guys comment, and don't just comment on something like don't be rude or don't make quote train so long. It's fine once you've stated wether or not you've reported but doing it without contributing isn't right in my opinion!

What's the point? If you only want to see new releases, all you have to do is look at the very front row of the person's profile.

please, i'm not wasting 30 minutes to check the front row. Anyway, say you're following 300 people? please, be practical.

So what is really the suggestion? If you're saying be notified about new projects, than sure - it might help turn down F4Fs - but why not just look at the row “projects by Scratchers I'm following” on the front page?

How can it tell if something is a game, and not art or a simulation or an animation etc… etc… ?

this is very difficult if you're following 70 or more people.

The point of following is to know everything about what the user does, not just when they make projects.

some people follow 1000 scratchers, others 70. either way it's a tiresome process. And already people such as griffpatch aren't following or loving or favourting to avoid spamming

since no one is supporting and trying to put the least amount of effort to see my point of view, i'm afraid i'm closing this topic . already people like griffpatch aren't loving or favouriting or following due to this. and i really don't see how i'm going to look at the front page of 100 people's profiles

I think no one is supporting because it's the same 2 people saying the same ignorant thing. I want this to, to have an option is what I think Awesome was trying to say and there is absolutely no excuse to bully him about this great idea. I would also appreciate having a scroll bar on the follow section so I can actually see jack squat. I can only see 5 notifications at a time and frankly it's this friend liked a bunch of this stuff and so did 120 other people I've followed, therefore it's useless. How do you know for sure? I think he's not loving or favoriting because he's busy or whatever.
