I see a problem: People can see the exact number of projects on the My Stuff menu. Please fix.

Why oh why couldn't the Scratch Team have taken this sensible attitude about a year ago???!! I wouldn't have had spent so much time on this: http://scratch.mit.edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/discuss/topic/13499/?page=1

Anyway, thanks for the update, glad to see that some awesome changes like this are happening. Keep it up!

This is what i am now sending on AE studios since this changed:

“Do you guys realise that there is now no point for this? It dosen't state how many projects there are now, it just says 100+ so can you guys now tell this to the whole world by sending this message to as many ”Can we get to ____ projects by ___“ studios or ”Add everything“ or anything else in that category? It would really help to stop, as ST put this in. THERE IS NO POINT ANYMORE MOUSE BRAINS!! Send this to as many of these studios as possible!!!”

I hope that makes people realise that while AE studios are still ok, “Can we get to _____ projects by ____” studios are pointless now!

but at least the curator count doesn't show, so that inhibits “add everyone” studios

I don't like this. I have a studio that is not AE but is attempting to get a certain number of projects, but with an actual THEME.

There are some AEs that deserve to take this hit. Some others don't.

I would like them if they actually helped people see projects-they don't, however.

It could take the tags from all the projects in them and compare them. It could be a coincidence that some projects in an add everything studio has two projects that have the same tag or a tag of a similar topic, so maybe 40% of the projects have to be related somehow, whether through tags. Maybe it could be the Scratchers that loved the projects. If I added all my favourite projects to a studio, but none of the projects had any similar tags, the thing that they had in common was that they were all loved by Zacshap21.
I don't know if this is how the algorithm works, but it could work this way.

This is a really good idea, AE studios can be a minor problem popping up everywhere, if feels that the other studios aren't noticed.

I don't think identification of AE studios is computable. I think the Scratch Team should review each studio.

I agree too :3 the logo studio will help scratchers find a icon for their studio!
