When's 15.ai coming back?It's ok, you can now use uberduck.ai to find your tf2 character TTS voices!
actually, you cant. long story short, universal sued Uberduck for well, a LOT of money, and they had to remove all voices from copyrighted material, and also prevent users from generating/making their own custom voices.

They are copyrighted, after all.
You could probably make your own as long as you aren't giving it away.
