She's OK, but not the best IMO.
I like Va Va Voom, Starships, and Pound the Alarm.

Oh, also, thanks to everyone who helped out with that post. (How the heck do I word that?)

I have to give some credit to Nicki Minaj, actually. Some people complain that pop music is too generic, and then someone genuinely flamboyant and striking comes along and people don't like it for being too “weird”.

Besides, it seems she (co)writes her songs, so for me, that makes her an artist.

If anything, she's the Frank Zappa of modern pop.

Yup! She writes her songs, sometimes with help (not usually), and usually the only writer credits are her, and the producer(s)

she's pretty nice to the contestants but anyway I question how you were watching american idol in the first place if you're canadian

It's not like we only have our own television stations mayne
they play it on CTV which is my local news and mics. station and they'd play it on Fox i think

When i saw her idunno, something rubbed me the wrong way i guess

ive never heard much of her music but she seems to have a very interesting personality :0

She definitely has a unique sense of style, and she's unique that way. Even though I don't agree with her style, I respect her.
