Didn't they put a discord username in their profile? That's probably why.

1. there's no guarantee he's banned, it could just be that they decided not to use scratch for a day or two.
2. the ST doesn't share account information with anyone but the account owner.

There's no way for anybody to know.
The only people who know why people are banned is the ST- and they don't share account information with anybody but the account owner. And how a user got banned counts as ‘account information’.
